Description Las Gardenias is a low-density, 60-home development on five acres in the resort development of Cabo Real. These homes enjoy excellent ocean views and offer close proximity to the 11th hole of the award-winning Cabo Real golf course by Robert Trent Jones II. American buyers acquire fully titled ownership via the Mexican Trust Deed called a fideicomiso. U.S. title insurance is also available. Las Gardenias is not a resort for spring-breakers nor particularly suitable for large families with lots of children. It is a haven for those wishing to reward themselves with a beautiful home in the sun on a golf course setting with exquisite ocean views.
