Golf Course
As one of the highest golf courses east of the Mississippi, golfing
at Mountain Air promises unparalleled views on par with the spectacular
thrills of the course itself. Called “one of the most dramatic and
naturally conceived in the country,” by Links magazine, the original
18-hole course boasts elevations topping out at 4,600 feet, a slope
rating of 123 from the back tee and a hang time on some tee shots of as
much as 10 seconds.

A new Golf Learning & Performance Center offers a
driving range, short game area and indoor hitting bays complete with
computerized camera system. An additional 9 holes are under
construction.
Other Activities
Mountain Air offers a family activities center with game room,
state-of-the-art exercise facility, spa and movie theater; elegant
accommodations at the Falling Leaf Lodge; a market and outfitter’s
store; award-winning clubhouse; pool, tennis, hiking trails and more.
