Description
Nestled among swaying oaks and preservation
areas, a new master-planned hometown is emerging east of the
city in the heart of the historic river area of Lee County.
Amenities include a championship
Davis Love III Signature golf course.
A town center is planned complete with a
quaint village square, a firehouse and a new elementary school.
Shops and services will follow as the community matures to

Town Hall
The center of resident activity at River Hall is the
