Vista Ridge
Golf Club
Erie, Colorado

Take advantage of all Vista Ridge and the Rocky Mountains have to
offer--
hiking and outdoors sports, marvelous views, plus access to your own
golf course.
Description
When you live at Vista Ridge, every
day affords you spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains and the golf
course is only a short walk from your front door.
Located just 20 minutes from both Boulder and downtown Denver, Vista
Ridge is a 923-acre, golf course community ideally situated for families (and commuting parents),
vacationing or retirement.

Homes look out to the golf course and mountains.
A par-72, the Vista Ridge golf course was created by Jay Morrish and
The Redstone Group, and has as many gorgeous sights as it does hazards.
Covering an impressive 232 acres, it's a full 30 percent larger than the
typical 18-hole course, with broad fairways that provide a generous
landing area for drives while maintaining a comfortable, protective
distance from the homes that border the course.
Six sets of tees make the course challenging and
enjoyable for any level player: Youth & Senior Tees, Women's Tees, Men's
Tees, Men's Back Tees, and two sets of Championship Tees.

The Rocky Mountains maintain a spectacular backdrop to the course and
community.
Although Vista Ridge is a public, daily-fee course,
when you play here, you'll feel like you're a member of a private club.
That's because the course, clubhouse, golf shop, and restaurant have
been designed and built with all the attention to detail of a private
course. To ensure everyday and long-term quality of operation, the golf
course is privately owned by the developers of Vista Ridge and managed
by Troon Golf.
Besides offering championship golf, Vista Ridge
features five miles of trails for exploring, tennis, volleyball, a 6,600
sq. ft. pool complex and
outdoor spa. The Community Center, which is open year-round, features
an exercise facility, men's and women's showers and locker rooms. The
community also has numerous neighborhood parks and an 8.5 acre community
park with playing fields and a second community pool, set for completion
in 2007.
