GreenGolfCommunities.net Launched
by Golf Course Home® Network

New website features more than 50 communities in 16 states
that follow environmental best practices

Newtown, CT, Feb. 7, 2008 – GolfCourseHome.net and the Golf Course Home® Network announces the launch of http://www.GreenGolfCommunities.net. The 31st Network Member Website, GreenGolfCommunities showcases more than 50 master-planned golf and waterview communities in 16 states that have demonstrated leadership in pursuing and promoting environmentally friendly policies and construction.

Qualifying communities are assigned to one of four categories—Vanguard, Steward, Sustaining and Participant—depending on the extent of their green programs and achievements. These designations are fluid in that a community can move up (or down) based on new programs added in the future.

Each community can stand out in up to18 different areas, ranging from Significant Green Space, Staff Naturalist, Nature Center, Education & Research and Habitat Restoration to Green Construction (LEED, etc.), Conservation Foundation, Research Partnership, Volunteer Programs, Archeological Preserve and participation in Audubon International’s Sanctuary program.

“A person wants to feel proud of the community in which he lives,” said David Lott, Golf Course Home® Network Founder and Publisher. “And a good part of that pride comes from the positive environmental impact the community might have, such as creating preserves, restoring habitats and clean water practices.

“GreenGolfCommunities.net will make it easier to find out who the environmental leaders in community development are.”

http://www.GolfCourseHome.net and http://www.WaterViewHome.net are the core websites of the Golf Course Home® Network which offers 31 Member Websites, a database of more than 500 master-planned communities, and features on 200 world-class golf and waterview communities in the U.S., Canada and Mexico.

The New Running Horse Development Is
Off and Running in Cyberspace

[Press release issued by Running Horse Golf & Country Club, Nov. 12, 2004]
FRESNO, CA –  Web-browsers everywhere are picking up on the “Spirit” of Running Horse Golf and Country Club. Fresno’s newest premier development is getting the word out, via the internet, about this unique master-planned community.

Running Horse is partnering with some of the biggest names in golf course real estate to spread the word on the web.

GolfCourseHome®Network (www.golfcoursehome.net) is one example of why the internet is called “the web”. The Golf Course Home Network website is linked to a wide variety of other sites, where searchers will also find the Running Horse Golf  and Country Club information they need.

The sites include www.PrivateGatedCommunities.net, www.LuxuryGolfCommunities.net and www.CaliforniaGolfCommunities.net. Click on any one of these and have a look at the Running Horse way of life, see the beauty and serenity of living surrounded by a magnificent, lush, 18-hole golf course, in a community that’s more like a neighborhood.

David Lott, the Editor and Publisher of Golf Course Home Network, has just recently brought in a new, award-winning marketing and sales executive to enhance his team even more.

Paul Stanton  has a proven track record.  His sixteen years  of experience includes eight years at Golf Digest/Tennis Inc. Stanton will be using his many talents to increase circulation and give more web-surfers an opportunity to find their dream home at Running Horse Golf and Country Club.

Buyers have already shown they have a taste for the life-style offered by a Running Horse,  where home is treasured and life moves at a different, more relaxed pace than  the whirlwind, get-ahead race outside.

Buyers have already shown their enthusiasm for this life-style by  purchasing home lots in record time.   But, the second phase, which is being released in 11 different steps, means other buyers still have the chance to purchase their  dream home. Twelve model homes assure any buyer that they’ll find what they're looking for.

Running Horse Development is also in high demand because it lies in the academically acknowledged Central Unified School District. It’s the popular  choice for students and families in the area because it offers an  above-average curriculum.

Highway 180 has an off ramp leading directly to Running Horse, which is also just minutes from Highway 41 and 99.

For more information on the Running Horse development, come by the sales office located at 2845 W. Kearney Blvd. Sales Associates are  available through Sunday at 559-459-0050.

GolfCourseHome.net Is the Place to Go for
Golf Real Estate: “Business 2.0” Magazine

Editors cite http://www.GolfCourseHome.net as a successful niche real estate web site

Newtown, CT, November 4, 2004—When it comes to “Browsing to Buy” a home in a golf course  community, the GolfCourseHome®Network of web sites is one of the first places people go to research the market, says the November issue of “Business 2.0” Magazine.

“Online real estate listings will move $130 billion worth of homes this year,” the article begins, and, “these clever companies have figured out how to grab a piece of the market.”

The GolfCourseHome®Network is profiled from its launch in 1999 as http://www.GolfCourseHome.net, along with two other real estate web sites, in an article that can be found in the magazine’s “What Works” section.

The magazine noted how Editor/Publisher David Lott developed the concept after writing about golf course communities for “Golf Digest” and that the company has been profitable since it was founded.

“Business 2.0, which has a national circulation of 600,000 technology-oriented business professionals, is recognizing what a major force the Internet has become in helping people buy real estate,” notes Lott.

“At a recent amenity community conference,” he continues, “research was presented that showed between 70 and 90 percent of today’s amenity community homebuyers use the internet to search for homes and lots. That’s nearly triple the percentage from just two year’s ago.”

The GolfCourseHome®Network has benefited from the growing number of web-based, real-estate searches, recently announcing a 44-percent increase in visitor traffic over the past six months. The Network also reported a record-setting 400,000+ visitors viewed the Network’s 100+ featured communities in the second and third quarters of this year.

Traffic Record

Network total--400,000+ visitors--climbs 44 percent in 6-month period

Newtown, CT, October 6, 2004 – The GolfCourseHome®Network of web sites, a home-buyers resource featuring master-planned, golf and waterview communities, surged to a record-setting 400,000+ visitors over the six-month period ending September 30th, according to David Lott, Editor and Publisher.

In addition, newly added communities located in the U.S., Canada, Mexico and Europe pushed the total number of Featured Communities to more than 100. Total Network hits for the six-month period soared to more than 6.7 million.
